Signing in

This page covers accessing the portal: getting an account, signing in for the first time, recovering a lost password, and joining a workspace you’ve been invited to.

Getting an account

Self-service sign-up isn’t available. Accounts are created for you by the Metrana team.

To request access, contact Recurvia team.

Once your account is created, you’ll receive an email with a temporary password.

First sign-in

1. On the Sign in to Metrana screen, enter your email and the temporary password from your welcome email.
2. You’ll be prompted to set a new password — choose one and confirm it.
3. You’re taken to the Workspaces hub.

After this, sign in normally with your email and the password you set.

Sign in

On the Sign in to Metrana screen, enter your email and password. Use the show/hide toggle in the password field if you want to check what you typed.

If you were following a link to a specific page, you’re returned there after signing in; otherwise you land on the Workspaces hub.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
2. On Reset your password, enter your email — Metrana emails you a reset code.
3. On Enter reset code, type the code, then set and confirm a new password.
4. Sign in with your new password.

Join a workspace

If a workspace owner invites you, you’ll receive an invitation by email.

• Already have an account: open the invitation link, or go to your user settings where pending invitations are listed, and accept.
• Need an account: request one first, then accept the invitation.

After accepting, the workspace appears in your Workspaces hub.
