Exporting data

You can take data out of the portal for use elsewhere — a spreadsheet, a paper figure, or further analysis.

Export a chart’s data to CSV

Open a chart’s menu and choose Export as CSV. The chart’s underlying data — the plotted series and their values — is downloaded as a .csv file you can open in any spreadsheet tool.

This reflects the data as plotted, so the series currently shown on the chart are the ones exported.

Export the runs table to CSV

From the runs table, use the export action in the toolbar to download the visible runs as a .csv — handy for reporting on a filtered set of runs in a spreadsheet.

Save a chart as an image

The same chart menu offers Export as image, which downloads the chart as a PNG — handy for reports and slides.
