Sharing & bookmarking
Many of your choices in the portal are stored in the page URL. That means you can bookmark a view or share its link, and whoever opens it sees the same thing you set up.
What’s captured in the URL
Section titled “What’s captured in the URL”As you work, the portal keeps the URL in sync with state such as:
- Selected tab
- Selected runs inside project
- Selected metrics to chart
- Filters applied to a table
- Sorting applied to a table (the field and direction)
- Search queries
Because some of this can be large, the portal compresses it into the URL so links stay manageable.
Sharing a view
Section titled “Sharing a view”Set up a view the way you want it — pick metrics, filters, sorting, search — then copy the URL from your browser and share it. The recipient needs access to the same workspace to open it.
Bookmarking
Section titled “Bookmarking”Bookmark the URL to return to the same view later. If part of the saved state is missing from a URL, the portal falls back to your most recent local settings for that page, so you still get a sensible view.
